I Choose to Care [Junior High]
Help students care about others, their world, and themselves
There’s so much wrong with the world, but I’m just one person! What can I do to help? Students can learn to make a difference in their world with self-awareness, relationship skills, and social awareness.
It’s easy to look at all the suffering in the world and feel helpless to change anything. However, even the small choices we make can make the world a better place, whether on a local or a global scale. In this series, Mister Brown prompts students to care about others, their world and themselves with a variety of topics:
· What does it mean to care?
· What’s in my world?
· What problems can I help solve?
· How can I make the differences I want to see?
· What if I don’t get anything in return?
· How do I care about myself?
· How do I feed and protect my mind?
Through these videos, each student should decide, “I Choose to Care!”
